This Equipment Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Client and Blondies Equipment Rentals.
1. Insurance Requirements
a. Client must provide proof of insurance prior to rental. Blondies Equipment Rental must be listed as Additional Insured and Loss Payee on the policy.
b. Failure to provide valid insurance documentation will result in a fee equal to 20% of the total equipment value and the Client will be responsible for any damages, loss of equipment and loss of income incurred.
2. Equipment Condition & Responsibility
a. Client is responsible for all damages to equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Equipment must be returned in reasonably clean condition, including the inside of any cabbed machines. A cleaning fee will be charged if equipment is returned excessively dirty.
3. Daily Maintenance Requirements
a. Client is responsible for performing daily equipment checks including:
i. Checking engine oil level before use
ii. Greasing all fittings before use
iii. Checking hydraulic fluid before use
iv. Checking the condition of attachments, wheels and tracks
b. Failure to perform required daily maintenance may result in damage charges.
c. Blondies Equipment Rentals may perform regular maintenance on site for rental periods longer than (4) weeks.
i. Client will adhere to an agreed schedule for on-site maintenance to be performed
4. Fuel Policy
a. Equipment must be returned fully fueled.
b. Machines returned with an insufficient amount of fuel will incur a refueling charge, applied at the market fuel rate plus 20%.
5. Rental Period & Billing
a. The standard monthly billing cycle is based on 28 days (4weeks).
b. Any rental period less than 7 days will be billed at the full one-week rate.
c. “Indefinite” rentals will be billed at the end of every billing cycle, starting on the date of delivery
6. Delivery & Pickup Terms
a. A base rate of $350 will be applied for all deliveries and pickups within 30 miles of 218 E 4th St. Justin, TX 76247.
b. Any delivery/pickup beyond 30 miles will incur a fee per mile beyond 30 miles.
c. Client must provide a point of contact to be present at the time of delivery and pickup.
d. Delivery and pickup locations must be reasonably accessible.
i. Any delays, rescheduling, or inaccessible conditions may result in additional charges.
7. General Terms
a. Client agrees to use equipment in a safe and proper manner. Any misuse or negligence resulting in damage will be the responsibility of the client.
